The City of Oshawa is celebrating another generous Toys for Tickets campaign raising more than $2,200 in toys for children and youth in need in our community this holiday season.
Motorists who received a parking ticket from the City between November 19 and December 3 had the opportunity to make a contribution in lieu of the penalty payment.
