In 2024, the City of Oshawa is celebrating its 100th anniversary as a city. In honour of this milestone, the City is inviting local artists to submit proposals for temporary exhibitions to be displayed at Art & Culture in the Hall located outside Council Chambers at City Hall.

The City of Oshawa is excited to announce its first independent public sculpture commission. The artwork, commissioned as part of the City’s Centennial celebrations, will be installed in the upcoming Downtown Oshawa Urban Square at the intersection of Bond Street East and Simcoe Street North, in the heart of downtown Oshawa.
