For drop-in sports activities, please arrive at the facility during the scheduled time and pay applicable admissions fees at the reception desk. Some activities may require advanced booking via activeOshawa Online or by calling 905-436-3311. Subscribe to the Service Disruptions email list to stay informed on activity cancellations, changes or facility closures.

Drop-in sports admission fees
Visit Memberships and Admissions to see drop-in sports admission fees or enroll in our membership program. Memberships are available for one, three, six and 12 month durations.
Residents 55 years of age and older, living in or paying property taxes in Oshawa, now qualify for discounts on recreation programs, memberships and admission fees. Learn more.
Drop-in sports descriptions and rules
The City of Oshawa offers a variety of drop-in sports, including:
Badminton |
A popular program for participants of all ages. Participants are encouraged to bring their own racquets. Birdies are available for use.

Basketball |
Join your friends for a friendly game of pick-up basketball! Games are supervised but unstructured.

Family Open Sports |
Provides age appropriate sports activities for children (12 and under) and parents/guardians (18+) to play and socialize in an unstructured environment.

Pickleball |
Join us for fun and exercise.
|
Preschool |
Provides age appropriate activities for preschoolers 0 to 6 years and their parents/guardians to play and socialize in an unstructured environment.

Low Intensity Recreational Soccer |
Provides the opportunity for low intensity, recreational soccer. Games are played on a quarter field. Balls and nets are provided.
