It’s summer in the great City of Oshawa and with that comes the return of many amazing events in our community. It’s exciting to see so many families, community members of all ages and visitors enjoying Oshawa events and attractions, including the award-winning Peony Festival weekend and Fiesta Week that both attracted thousands of visitors in June. City of Oshawa recognizes excellence in urban design

Eleven local projects are being honoured as part of the City of Oshawa 2022 Urban Design Awards.
Ten projects received an Award of Excellence and one project received a Special Recognition Award for demonstrating excellence in urban design, as well as enhancing the image of the city and quality of life.

Oshawa City Council has approved Plan20Thirty, a new downtown revitalization action plan.
