Winter Break Activity Schedule

Fitness with the City
The City of Oshawa operates fitness centres at the Civic Recreation Complex, Delpark Homes Centre and South Oshawa Community Centre. Advance booking is not required to visit our fitness centres. Please arrive at the facility during hours of operation and pay applicable admissions fees or scan your membership card at the reception desk.
What we offer
We offer complimentary tours, demonstrations, and information workshops to help you get started with your fitness goals, increase your understanding of where equipment is and how to use it so you feel safe and comfortable. Visit a fitness centre today to get started.
All of our fitness centres have certified personal trainers supervising the centre, and have accreditations through organizations such as Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (C.S.E.P.), CanfitPro, Certified Professional Trainers Network (C.P.T.N.).
Youth between the ages of 13 and 17 years, must register and complete the Teen Weight Training Course to work out in one of our fitness centres. Learn more on our Teen and Youth Fitness Programs webpage.
