Notice of Passing of By-laws 83-2022 and 84-2022

The Council of The Corporation of the City of Oshawa passed by-laws 83-2022 and 84-2022 on the 20th day of June, 2022.
The purpose is to change the zoning for the lands generally located at 35, 39 & 45 Division St, 196, 200 and 204 Bond St E and 46 Kenneth Ave.

The Council of The Corporation of the City of Oshawa passed by-laws 85-2022 and 86-2022 on the 20th day of June, 2022.
The purpose of these by-laws is to change to zoning of certain lands generally located east of Simcoe St. N., North of Harbour Road.
