If you see it, report it! Residents are encouraged to report damage on City boulevards
With the arrival of the spring weather, the City of Oshawa’s If you see it, report it! campaign encourages community members to report damage, vandalism or graffiti to City boulevard fixtures to Service Oshawa.
Oshawa’s boulevards are home to a significant number of fixtures that help serve our community every day. Fixtures are located on approximately 1,200 km of city boulevards and may include the following:

- Power supply boxes
- Telecommunication boxes
- Maintenance hole covers
- Hydrants
- Mailboxes
Damaged or vandalized boulevard fixtures should be reported to Service Oshawa which is available online, over the phone, live chat or by email, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
