Notice of Passing of Development Charges By-law 91-2024
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal under Section 14 of the Act, in respect of the development charge by-law, by filing with the Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Oshawa on or before August 6, 2024 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the by-law and the reasons supporting the objection. Forms and other information respecting appeals to the Ontario Land Tribunal are available on the Ontario Land Tribunal’s website. The appeal must be accompanied by the Ontario Planning Land Tribunal fee payable to the "Minister of Finance".
The schedule of development charges imposed by the by-law, which comes into effect on July 1, 2024, is as follows:

A key map has not been provided as the by-law applies to all lands located within the City of Oshawa.
A copy of the complete by-law is available on the City website and for examination at The Corporation of the City of Oshawa, City Clerk’s Office, at 50 Centre Street South, Oshawa, ON L1H 3Z7 during regular business hours (weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) excluding statutory holidays.
