- Online service requests: Many service requests can be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our Service Oshawa Online portal.
- In person: Main floor of Oshawa City Hall at 50 Centre St. S. Visitors must enter through the main entrance on the south side of the building, across from the Robert McLaughlin Gallery or the Courtyard Entrance adjacent to Centre St. All other entrances are not open to the public.

All items dropped off after 1:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and anytime on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed the following business day. If your payment and/or documents are time sensitive they may be considered late if deposited in the drop box after 1:30 p.m. on the due date, resulting in late fees.
