Repeal and Replace Cemetery By-law 76-2012

The City of Oshawa has submitted by-laws to the Registrar of the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002 to replace By-Law 76-2012. By-laws or amendments may be reviewed or copied at Union Cemetery located at 760 King St. W, Oshawa.

These by-laws are subject to the approval of the Registrar, Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002. Interested parties may also contact the Bereavement Authority of Ontario at 647-483-2645 or 1-844-493-6356 or [email protected].
