Road Closure: Northwood Business Park Signage and Landscaping

Details: Installation of signage, armourstone walls and planting within the roundabout at the intersection of Thornton Road and Conlin Road in the City of Oshawa.

The Work includes signage, armourstone walls and planting within the roundabout at the intersection of Thornton Road and Conlin Road in the City of Oshawa. The signage will be metal lettering on the armour stone that reads “Northwood Business Park”.

Where:  Conlin Road East and Thornton Road North Roundabout

Work Schedule

The City’s contractor, Powcon, will commence work on or about November 18, 2024.  The work is expected to be completed in December 2024. Unfavourable weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may impact the work schedule.

How will this work affect you?

The Conlin Road West/Thornton Road North roundabout will remain open to local and emergency traffic with lane closures to facilitate construction in a safe and efficient manner.  Lane closures will be identified through temporary traffic controls including but not limited to pavement markings, traffic control devices and signage.
