Summer camp registration opens at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8—be prepared to secure your spot!
Due to high demand, website delays may occur. To enhance your experience, the City has increased system capacity and added a queue on activeOshawa Online.
Be Prepared
Explore camp options at oshawa.ca/Camps. Registration is available online and in person (phone-in registration is not available). Service Oshawa can assist with questions about the registration process.
Online Registration
Familiarize yourself with activeOshawa Online before registration day. Ensure your account is ready:
- If you do not have an activeOshawa account, create a new account
- If you have forgotten your password, request a password reset
- If you have an existing activeOshawa account but have not activated it online, activate your account
- If you plan to register your child(ren) or family members for programs, log in to your account and update or add your family group under “My Groups” If you need to update your email address, email active[email protected]. Successful registrations will appear under My Courses > Pending and a credit will show on your account until invoices are issued. If no credit appears, email [email protected].
Registration Confirmation & Payment
During peak registration times, successfully registered courses will appear under My Courses > Pending, with a credit on your account until invoices are issued. Invoices may take several hours to arrive. Once processed, the credit will be applied, and courses will move to My Courses > Current & Future.
If no credit appears for your course(s), email active[email protected] immediately.
Accepted online payments: MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Visa Debit. (Debit, MasterCard Debit, and American Express Debit are not accepted.)
In-Person Registration

- Delpark Homes Centre
- Donevan Recreation Complex
- South Oshawa Community Centre
For faster service, please complete the registration form in advance. Payments accepted: cash, debit, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and cheques (payable to the City of Oshawa). Immediate confirmation will be provided.
Inclusion Services
The City of Oshawa encourages safe participation for all. Support may be available for campers requiring additional assistance. While we cannot guarantee assistance in all cases, our staff will work with you to determine the best option for accessing our programs.
Campers requesting inclusion support must register for the Inclusion Services course and the corresponding camp course to ensure enrollment. To learn more about our camps and inclusion services, visit oshawa.ca/InclusionServices.
